【摘要】 对平原地区煤矿堆积煤矸石征地费和运矸车电费 ,推出了堆积煤矸石的费用的数学模型 ,对分批征地和建矿初期一次性征完 2 0年所用地进行计算 ,对这两种征地方式费用进行比较 ,得出建矿初期一次性征完所需用地是最优方案 ,并就不同的出矸率计算出了处理煤矸石的最低费用更多还原

【Abstract】 For the expenditure of purchasing land and carrying gangue of heaped-up gangue in the plain area, a mathematical model was built up about the cost of hilling up gangue. For purchasing land on batches or once at the beginning of coal mine, a conclusion is drawn out that the least expenses is needed only in the case that all land are bought once at the beginning of coal extraction.
