【摘要】 目的　观察经尿道汽化和电切联合应用治疗前列腺增生症的近期疗效。方法　应用铲状汽化电极经尿道汽化配合电切治疗前列腺增生症 10 0例。结果　手术时间平均 6 0min ,术中失血平均 80ml,切除前列腺组织平均重量 2 5g ,1例发生电切综合征征兆 ,1例出现暂时性尿失禁 ,两个月后恢复。随访 2～ 2 0个月 ,国际前列腺症状评分 (IPSS)从术前 2 8.3± 4.1降至 7.8± 2 .3分 ,生活质量评分 (QOL)从 5 .8± 0 .4降至 1.6± 0 .2分 ,最大尿流率从 4.7± 1.5ml/s(P <0 .0 1)。结论　经尿道前列腺汽化和电切联合应用是一种适应证宽、安全性高、并发症少、疗效可靠的治疗前列腺增生症的新方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe short-term curative effect of transurethral electrovaporization-ablation associated with electroresection of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 100 cases of BPH were treated by transurethral electrovaporization-ablation associated with electroresection (TUVP and TURP). Results The mean operative time,intraoperative bleeding,and weight of prostatic tissue resected were 60 minutes,80 ml and 25 grams,respectively. 1 case experienced the sign of TUR syndrome, 1 case had temporary urinary incontinence (recover after two months). Following-up for 2～10 months,IPSS,QOL and residual urine decreased from 28.3±4.1 to 7.8±2.3,5.8±0.4 to 1.6±0.2,118 ml to 25 ml,respectively.MFR increased from 4.7±1.5 ml/s to 16.4±3.5 ml/s(P<0.01). Conclusion TUVP associated with TURP should be a safe,low complication,more extensive indication and evident efficacy in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.更多还原
