【摘要】 目的　研究cyclinD1(细胞周期素D1)、p16、Rb在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中的表达与其发生、发展的关系。方法　用免疫组织化学S -P法对 40例NSCLC及其癌旁正常肺组织中cyclinD1、p16、Rb的蛋白表达进行检测研究。结果　 40例NSCLC中cyclinD1、p16、Rb的蛋白表达阳性率分别为 92 .5 % (37/ 40 )、47.5 % (19/ 40 )、75 %(30 / 40 )。 30例Rb阳性标本中 ,p16呈阴性表达或低水平表达 ;10例Rb阴性标本中 ,p16呈阳性或阴性表达者各占一半。结论　cyclinD1的过表达与p16和Rb的表达缺失或失活是NSCLC发生的重要分子事件 ;p16和Rb蛋白的表达在NSCLC中呈负相关性 ;cyclinD1、p16、Rb的蛋白表达与NSCLC的具体病理分型无明确关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the expressions of cyclin D1、p16、Rb in non-small cell lung cancer and Nsclc the carcinogenesis,development of non small cell lung cancer. Methods Using immunohistochemical study by S-P kit examined these protein expressions in 40 cases of NSCLC tissue and normal lung tissue adjacent to carcinoma. Results The positive rates of cyclin D1、p16、Rb in the 40 cases of NSCLC tissue were 92.5%、47.5% and 75% respectively. Interestingly, all had no or showed low level expressions of p16 in 30 cases of Rb positive samples. Positive and negative expressions of p16 were half respectively in 10 cases Rb negative samples. Conculsion Overexpression of cyclin D1 as well as the expression depletion or inactivation of p16、Rb were important molecular event in NSCLC.There was a negative correlation between the p16 expression and the Rb expression in NSCLC; these expressions of cyclin D1、p16、Rb in NSCLC had no correlation to its histopathological subtype.更多还原
