【摘要】 目的　观察美托洛尔对老年卧位型心绞痛患者左室舒张功能不全的作用。方法　用放射性核素心室显像检查 15例正常人和 9例老年卧位型心绞痛患者。结果　与正常对照组比较 ,老年卧位型心绞痛患者高峰充盈率 (PFR)、1/3充盈率 (1/3FR)、1/3充盈分数 (1/3FF)显著减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,而左室射血分数、1/3射血分数、高峰射血率无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。与治疗前比较 ,老年卧位型心绞痛患者用美托洛尔治疗后PFR、1/3FR、1/3FF显著减少 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　老年卧位型心绞痛患者存在明显的舒张功能不全。美托洛尔能改善老年卧位型心绞痛患者的左室舒张功能不全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of metoprolol on left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in elderly patients with angina decubitus(AD). Methods Radionuclide cardiography was performed in 15 cases without cardiovascular disease as control group,9 cases with AD as AD group. Results Peak filling rate(PFR);one third filling rate (1/3FF) decreased significantly in patients with AD group as compared with that in the control group( P <0.01,respectively).No significant difference was found for left ventriculcr ejection fraction,one third ejection fraction and peak ejection rate between AD group and control group( P >0.05,respectively).PFR,1/3FR,1/3FF decreased significantly in patients with AD group after treatment with metoprolol as compared with that before treatment ( P <0.01,respctively). Conclusions There was significant left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in patients with AD.Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in patients with AD.Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction was improved in patients with AD after treatment with metoprolol.更多还原
