【摘要】 目的:对照手术病理,分析原发性腹膜恶性间皮瘤超声显像的表现。方法:对照超声像图,回顾性总结8例经手术和尸解证实的原发性腹膜恶性间皮瘤病例。结果:声像图特点为:①壁层腹膜弥漫增厚似胎儿胎盘,脏层腹膜增厚常见消化道,充气肠袢被增厚腹膜包裹及粘连形成较大肿块,呈假肾征声像。②中-大量腹水。在超声引导下用自动活检枪取材病检效果好。结论:超声显像对该肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断很有价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the ultrasonography of pr imary malignant mesothelioma.Method:Comparing the pictures from ul-trasound,eight primary malignant m esothelioma cases proved by operation or autopsy were reviewed.Result:The result showed the char-acteristics of primary malignant me sothelioma from ultrasonography as following:①The parietal peritoneum was thicken ed like placen-ta,and the visceral peritoneum was a lso thickened.It was often shown that the digestive system and intestinal loops were surrounded by those thickened peritoneum.They we re stuck together and then became a la rge mass.They looked like pseudoren al sign or ring target sign.②There were large amount or medium amo unt of ascites.Biopsy should be performed under the guidance of ultra-sound.Conclusion:It is very useful and helpful for diag nosing and distinguishing primary mesothelioma by ultrasonography.更多还原
