【摘要】 目的:评价超声心动图诊断川崎病冠状动脉病变的价值。方法:对29例川崎病的冠状动脉病变进行超声检结果:研究发现川崎病冠状动脉病变表现分为4种:冠状动脉正常、冠状动脉扩张、冠状动脉瘤及巨大冠状动脉瘤,对临床诊断和治疗提供帮助。结论:超声心动图是诊断川崎病冠状动脉病变的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the value of ultrasound i n the diagnosis of coronary arterial lesions in Kawasaki dis-ease.Methods:Twenty -nine cases of Kawasaki disea se children’ s coronary arteries were detected by ultrasound.Results:It showed that coronary arterial lesions in Ka wasaki disease could be classified i nto four types:normal,coronary arterial dilation,coronary arterial aneurysm and huge coronary arterial aneurysm.Most of them were coronary arterial dilation.Conclusion:It is concluded that echocar-diography is a method of choice in the diagnosis of coronary arterial lesions in Kawasaki disease.更多还原
