【摘要】 目的:提高对桥本氏甲状腺炎的核素显像及超声检查的影像特征的认识。方法:回顾分析了临床确诊的54例桥本氏甲状腺炎的核素显像及超声检查的影像表现,并对照比较了FT3、FT4、TSH、TG-Ab、TM-Ab的检测结果。结果核素静态显像可分为5型。其超声影像及FT3、FT4、TSH、TG-Ab、TM-Ab放免分析也各具特点。结论:核素显像及超声检查在桥本氏甲状腺炎的诊断中占有重要地位。诊断本病时应注意排除甲状腺恶性肿瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the characteristic of n uclear imaging and ultrasonography in patients with Hashimotos thyroidi-tis.Methods:Nuclear imaging and ultrasonography of 54cases with Hashimotos thyroiditis were reviewed retrospectively and compared FT 3 、FT 4 、TSH、TG -Ab、TM-Ab in the control group.All cases were clinically varified diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroidi-tis.Results:Nuclear imaging showed five types.Each type had its salient features on ultrasonography and FT 3 、FT 4 、TSH、TG -Ab、TM-Ab RIA.Conclusion:Nuclear imaging and ultrasonograp hy play an important role in diagnosis of Hashimotos thyroiditis.Its e -nough excluded carcinoma of the thyroid from its diagnosis.更多还原
