【摘要】 目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声高频探头对甲状旁腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法：用 ＡＴＬ ＨＤＩ ３０００彩超仪探头频率５～１０ＭＨｚ，对１５例甲状旁腺良恶性肿瘤进行了分析和研究，全部经手术病理证实。结果：良恶性甲状旁腺肿瘤彩色超声声像图改变具有不同的特点，为其鉴别诊断提供了可靠依据。结论：彩超为良恶性甲状旁腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断及术前定位提供了可靠的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasonography(CDU)with high frequency transducer in the diagnosis of benign and malignant parathyroid tumor. Methods: Fifteen cases of parathyroid tumor were examined by CDU. All cases were confirmed by operation and pathology. Results: The imaging features of parathyroid adenoma were different from those of parathyroid carci- noma. They could be distinquished by CDU. Conclusion: It is suggested that CDU has reliable clinical value in differential diagnosis and localization of the tumor before operation.更多还原
