【摘要】 目的：研究颌下腺的正常 CT表现，评价 CT对颌下腺肿块的诊断价值。方法：对 77例正常颌下腺的 CT表现进行了测量和分析，回顾性分析 30例经手术和病理证实的颌下腺肿块的 CT表现。结果：正常颌下腺边缘清楚，密度均匀，两侧大小、 CT值无明显差别 (P>0. 05)。颌下腺肿块均表现为腺体增大，恶性肿瘤 9例均表现为边缘不清，良性肿瘤 6例均表现为边缘清楚，密度均匀，混合瘤表现为分叶状。非肿瘤性疾病 15例，边缘清楚者 8例， 7例边缘不清者均为慢性炎症。结论： CT可以明确颌下腺的解剖，有助于颌下腺肿块的定位和定性诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the CT manifestations of the submandibular glands and assess the value of CT diagnosis in submandibular masses.Methods:Normal measurements were established based on 77 normal subjects.The CT findings of 30 patients with submandibular masses proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively studied.Results:CT demonstrated clear boundary and homogenous density in normal subjects.There was no significant difference in both size and CT value of the bilateral glands (P>0. 05).The glandular enlargement was found in all cases with submandibular masses.Ill- defined borders were showed in all 9 patients with malignant neoplasm.All 6 cases with benign tumors had sharp margin and homogenous density as well.Pleomorphic adenoma showed lobulation.The lesions were recognized as indistinct margin in 7 patients with chronic inflammation.Conclusion:CT can delineate the anatomy of the submandibular glands.It is a useful method for evaluating submandibular masses.更多还原
