吸入一氧化氮在实验性胎粪吸入治疗中对血小板聚集功能的影响

【摘要】 目的  探讨吸入一氧化氮 (NitricOxide,NO)在实验性胎粪吸入综合征中 ,对机体止血功能的影响。 方法  对机械通气下的健康成年新西兰白兔 ,随机分为模型组、对照组及治疗组 ,以气管插管 ,机械通气方式吸入NO ,浓度为 2 0× 10 - 6 (2 0ppm)。观察NO吸入前 0时点及吸入后 1h血小板最大聚集率 (PAgTmax) ,出血时间 (BT) ,血小板计数 (PLT)的变化。 结果  实验兔吸入NO后 ,出现血小板聚集率下降 ,治疗组在吸入NO后 1h ,PAgTmax下降 45 % (P <0 0 1) ,出血时间延长 47% (P <0 0 1)。血小板含量下降差异不显著。 结论  实验兔吸入NO ,血小板聚集率降低 ,出血时间延长

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of nitric oxide(NO) inhalation on organism hemostatic function in treating experimental meconium aspiration syndrome(MAS).Methods The adult New Zealand white rabbits under mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into three groups,model groups(n=7,animals model of MAS),control group(n=6,NO inhalation),treatment group(n=10,animals model of MAS+NO inhalation).Through tracheal intubation,NO was inhaled by mechanical ventilation,at the concentration of 20×10 -6 (20 ppm).In each groups the changes of platelet aggregating maximum(PAg Tmax),bleeding time (BT),platelet count were observed 1 hour before NO inhalation and 1 hour after inhalation.Results In animals model with MAS NO inhalation can decrease PagTmax by 45%( P <0 01),increase BT by 47%( P <0 01),decrease platelet count as well.Conclusion NO inhalation can reduce platelet aggregating rate and prolong BT of rabbits.
