吸收稳定系统塔板数的集成设计
INTEGRATED DESIGN FOR TRAY NUMBERS OF ABSORPTION- STABILIZATION SYSTEM
【摘要】 以某催化裂化装置的吸收稳定系统为例 ,通过严格的全系统流程模拟 ,以总体经济效益为目标函数 ,分析了各塔塔板数对主要工艺参数和系统经济效益的影响。指出塔板数的确定必须和总体经济效益相关联 ,而不能仅仅考虑单个塔的效益得失。塔板数也并非愈多愈好 ,各塔的板数不宜超过以下限度 :吸收塔 46块 ,解吸塔 43块 ,稳定塔 40块 ,再吸收塔 14块。超过此限 ,对总体经济效益的影响很小 ,但增加了能耗和投资。
【Abstract】 Based on a practical FCCU,through strict process simulation of the whole system and using the global profits as the target function,the influences of tray numbers of individual columns in absorption stabilization system on process parameters and systematic profits were analyzed. It was pointed out that the optimization of the tray numbers must correlate the global profits,rather than the profits of an individual column.Suitable tray numbers of various towers are as follows:absorber 46,deabsorber 43,stabilizer 40 and reabsorber 14.Beyond these limits,the energy consumption and investment will add with little effect on the global profits.
