环己酮缩乙二醇合成的研究
Study on Synthesis of Ethylene Glycol Cyclohexanone Ketal
【摘要】 通过催化剂的筛选 ,确定将高分子路易斯酸催化剂—阳离子交换树脂二氯化锡复合物 (IER·SnCl2 )用于催化合成环己酮缩乙二醇 .通过正交实验 ,考查了各因素对该反应的影响 ,并得出IER·SnCl2 催化合成环己酮缩乙二醇的最佳条件 :n(环己酮 )∶n(乙二醇 )=1∶1 .5,带水剂苯的用量为反应物的体积的 44% ,催化剂用量为反应物质量的 3% ,回流反应时间 45分钟 ,催化剂制备时间 4小时 .产品环己酮缩乙二醇的收率为 92 .7% .
【Abstract】 The synthesis of ethylene glycol cyclohexanone ketal catalyzed by polymer-Lewis acid complex i.e. the cation exchange resin supported SnCl2 was studied in this paper. The optimal condition was obtained by orthogonal experiments. Thus, the molar ratio of ethylene glycol and cyclohexanone was 1.5∶1; the amount of benzene as solution was 44.0% based on the total volume of reactants; the amount of IER·SnCl 2 was 3.0% by the total weight of reactants and the reaction time is 45min. On such condition, ethylene glycol cyclohexanone ketal was prepared in a yield of 92.7%.
