食物中维生素C的含量检测
【摘要】 各类果蔬、饮料及维生素C(VC)制剂是摄入VC的主要来源 ,对无锡地区销售的各类食物中的VC含量进行检测 ,目的在于了解市售产品中的VC含量 ,评价无锡地区居民膳食中VC的摄入量 ,为企业合理制订标准提供依据
【Abstract】 Vitamin C can be obtained mainly from vegetables,drink and vitamin C tablets. To understand the amount of vitamin C in the comercial products,the various foods in wuxi were deteriminded . The results can be used to evaluate the intakes of vitamin C among the local resideuts and rpovide basis for the enterprises to establish standards.
