水杨酸诱导小麦赤霉毒素抗性研究
Transformation of wheat gibberic toxin induced resistance in the salicylic acid(SA)
【摘要】 以不同浓度水杨酸 (SA)分别在小麦开花前和开花后进行处理 ,研究水杨酸对小麦离体穗的赤霉毒素抗性诱导和对小麦赤霉毒素胁迫下离体穗的幼胚培养的影响。结果表明 :以 0 0 5~ 0 1mmol·L-1水杨酸处理小麦 ,可使小麦离体穗在小麦赤霉素胁迫下延迟衰老 ,离体穗的百粒重比对照提高 9%以上 ,幼胚培养的绿苗率显著下降 ,愈伤组织出愈率显著上升。低浓度水杨酸对离体小麦抗赤霉毒素诱导无显著影响 ,高浓度水杨酸对离体穗产生损伤
【Abstract】 The study on the gibberellin resistic inducement that different density of SA impose on the spike of excied wheat,and under the threatening of wheat gibberic toxin,different density of SA impose on the culture in embryonic of wheat.It indicated that the best density of SA is 0.05~0.1mmol/L.If the SA density level is higher than this,then it might prejudice the spike of excied wheat.
