【摘要】 有效地防止DCS的自身故障及其控制系统的各类事故是石化生产过程自动化设计和实施中需要考虑的重要问题。以基于DCS的控制系统事故的统计资料为依据 ,构造了包括各功能部件、各部件生命周期的各阶段、各部件生命周期各阶段的不同状态的 3个层次的安全检查框架 ,建立了基于此框架的提问式安全检查表 (SCL) ,提出了以检查控制过程、评价安全逻辑、识别关键事件、寻找潜在隐患为主要内容的安全检查步骤。在此基础上对石化生产中的两个典型事故进行了分析更多还原

【Abstract】 It is important to prevent the DCS accidents in the petrochemical production.Based on the accident’s information,a safety checking frame,which including the function units,the unit life cycle and state,and set up a safety checklist are made up.A programming of the safety check,which including checking the control procedure,evaluation safety logical,identity the critical events,seeking for the potential risk are presented.After all,two sample accidents are analyzed.更多还原
