拖拉机履带板与支重轮摩擦副的磨损试验
The Experiment on Wear of Sustaining Wheels and Track Board
【摘要】 对东方红履带拖拉机支重轮在常见工作状态下的受力状况进行了分析计算 ,以计算出的支重轮所受的接触应力为载荷在磨损试验机上进行了磨损试验 ,分析了不同硬度的试验用轮在不同载荷下的磨损规律和表面形貌特征。试验表明 :在该摩擦系统中 ,轮子的磨损为磨料磨损 ;较高硬度的轮子磨损特性较好。为此 ,建议必须将目前对支重轮硬度的设计要求 (HB388)提高。
【Abstract】 The stress of sustaining wheels in Dongfanghong track tractor is analysed and computed theoretically,and the simulated tractor board to sustaining wheel friction system is experimented with computed stress load.The wear regularity and microstructure of simulated sustaining wheels with different hardness under different loads,are also studied.The measures are proposed to enhance sustaining wheels wear resistance in the friction system.
