【摘要】 目的观察蒙诺福辛普利对老年高血压性肾损害的治疗作用。方法将52例老年高血压肾损害患者随机分成蒙诺组和利尿剂组,治疗2个月后,观察血压、蛋白尿、肾功能的变化。结果2组经治疗后,血压均有下降,但蒙诺组24小时尿蛋白定量比治疗前有降低P<0.05而利尿剂组蛋白降低无统计学意义。结论对老年高血压伴肾损害,每天一次蒙诺10mg或20mg能有效降低血压和减少尿蛋白排泄,具有保护肾功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Fosinopril o n the protection of renal impairment caused by senile hyper-tension.Methods Divide 52patients into two groups,Fosinopril group and diuretic group.After two months’ treatment,observe the change of blood preasure,urine p rotein and kidney function.Results In both groups,blood pressure decre ased,however,the quantity of 24-hour urine protein in Fosinopril group was less than th at before treatment,while the decre ase of urine protein in diuretic group showed no statisti cal significance.Conclusions To deal with the renal impairment cau sed by senile hyperten-sion,taking 10mg or 20mg Fosinopril per day can effectively reduce blood pressure and urine protein,and can a lso protect the renal function.[更多还原
