【摘要】 目的 :研究支气管哮喘患者血浆内皮素 (ET)和降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)表达水平。方法 :测定支气管哮喘患者发作期和缓解期共 35例血浆内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽 ,并观察了 16例患者治疗前后ET、CGRP、FEV1变化。结果 :哮喘患者发作期血浆ET、CGRP明显高于缓解期 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗前后浆ET、CGRP、FEV1相比均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :ET、CGRP在支气管哮喘发生中起着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the expression of endothelins (ET) and calcitonin-gene-related peptide(CGRP) in bronchial asthma. Method: ET and CGRP in 35 case patients with bronchial asthma were determined in attack and remission phases, and the change of ET、 CGRP and FEV1% were observed after treatment in 16 cases. Result: The level of ET and CGRP in patients with bronchial asthma in attack was higher than that in remission phase (P<0.01), and there was significant difference between pretreatment and post-treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion: ET and CGRP play an important role in bronchial asthma.更多还原
