宁夏滩羊体大品系血清GH及IGF-1的测定分析研究
MEASUREMENT AND ANALYSIS OF THE SERUM GH AND IGF-1 LEVELS IN THE LARGE-BODY NINGXIA TAN SHEEP STRAIN
【摘要】 在宁夏滩羊体大品系的选育工作中,对宁夏滩羊裘皮系,体大品系及其杂交后代血清中GH及IGF-1进行了测定分析,结果显示①体大品系公羊(♂)血清GH水平高于裘皮系♂,差异不显著(P>0.05);体大品系母羊(♀)中的体大群、快肥群GH水平高于裘皮系♀,差异不显著(P>0.05);杂交后代中,♀血清GH水平高于裘皮系♀,差异极显著(P<0.01=,也高于体大品系♀。②体大品系成年♂血清IGF-1水平高于裘皮系♂差异极显著(P<0.01=,体大品系♀,血清IGF-1水平略高于裘皮系♀,其杂交后代♂、♀血清IGF-1水平均与裘皮系♂、♀没有明显差异(P>0.05),作者认为,通过对畜禽血清GH,IGF-1水平的测定分析研究,对探讨动物生长发育规律有实践意义。血清GH,IGF-1水平可作为生理遗传标记,为畜禽的选育工作提供有科学价值的理论依据。
【Abstract】 During the selection and breeding of the large-body Ningxia Tan Sheep strain, the GH and IGF-1 in the serum of the fur-coat Ningxia Tan Sheep strain and the large-body Ningxia Tan Sheep strain as well as the cross-bred generations of the two strains were measured and analyzed. The results showed:1)The male sheep of the large-body strain(♂)had a slightly higher serum GH level than that of the fur-coat strain(♂)(p>0.0.05);the female sheep of the large body and the quick-fattening groups in the large-body strain(♀)had a slightly higher serum GH level than that of the fur-coat strain(♀)(p>0.05); in the cross-bred generations,(♀) serum GH level was remarkably higher than that of the fur-coat strain (♀)(p<0.01)and also higher than that of the large-body strain(♀). 2)The adult large-body strain (♂) had a remarkably higher serum IGF-1 level than that of the fur-coat strain (♂) (p<0.01);the large-body strain(♀) had a slightly higher serum IFG-1 level than that of the fur-coat strain (♀); the cross-bred generations (♂) and (♀)serum IGF-1levels showed a little difference from those of the fur-coat strain (♂) and (♀) (p>0.05). The authors believe that the measurement and anslysis of the serum GH and IGF-1 in domestic animals have a profound meaning in the discouery of the growing regularities of the animals. Lised as genetic symbols, serum GH and IGF-1 can offer us more scientific basis in the selection and breeding of domestic animals.
