【摘要】 游离脯氨酸在植物体内的积累可以作为某些植物在干旱胁迫时植物体内发生变化的一个比较敏感的指标，即当干旱胁迫时，植物体内可以大量积累脯氨酸。本实验利用生化方法对宁夏区内五种豆科优质牧草脯氨酸含量进行测定，分析了其抗旱性强弱。结果表明，紫花苜蓿叶中积累的脯氨酸含量最多，胡枝子、柠条锦鸡儿、羊柴、沙打旺的积累量依次递减。这说明，紫花苜蓿有着很强的抗旱能力，是一种值得推广的优良牧草。更多还原
