增效剂与杀虫剂混用对抗性枸杞蚜虫增效作用的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了增效剂与杀虫剂混用对枸杞蚜虫 (Aphissp )的增效作用。结果表明 ,增效磷 (SV1)、增效醚 (Pbo)、磷酸三苯酯 (TPP)和月桂氮酮 (Azone)对氧乐果有显著增效作用 ,共毒系数 (CTC)在 2 0 2 .3~ 70 5.0之间 ;对久效磷、灭多威有一定增效作用 ,CTC分别在 112 .5~ 2 10 .2和10 8.7~ 13 1.0之间 ,说明枸杞蚜虫对有机磷、氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂抗性与多功能氧化酶 (MFO)、羧酸酯酶活性增高和表皮穿透作用降低有关。月桂氮酮对吡虫啉有一定增效作用 ,其它增效剂对吡虫啉则无增效作用。酶活力测定结果表明 ,枸杞蚜虫对氧乐果抗性与AChE活性增高有一定相关关系 ,而羧酸酯酶活性增高与枸杞蚜虫对氧乐果、久效磷、灭多威抗性也存在一定关系。

【Abstract】 The paper tested the synergism of four synergists combined respectively with four insectcides to the wolfberry aphids from Huinong County, Ningxia by topical application methods. The results showed that all four synergists (SV 1, Pbo , Tpp and Azone)can obviously increase the contact toxicity of omethoate with the co-toxicity coefficients (CTC) over 200. The mixtures of monocrotophos or methormyl with these synergista also gave certain synergistic effects to the aphids. It is indicated that the increases of activities of microsomal mixed function oxidase and carboxylesterase, decreased penetration of insecticides may be involved in the resistance mechanisms of wofrberry aphid to organophosphate and carbamate. Azone can increase the contact tocixity of imidacloprid to wolfberry aphid with CTC being 116.9, except other synergists. The bioassay of activities of two enzymes including acethlcholinesteras (AchE) and carboxylesterase in the aphids were determined to study the involvement of these enzymes in the resistance, the results showed that the activity of AchE has some correlation with the resistance to omethoate, the increases of activities of carboxylestereses is also one of the resistance mechanisms to omethoate, monocrotophos or methormyl.
