【摘要】 目的　观察古稀胶囊 (硒制剂 )治疗高脂血症的疗效、安全性及耐受性。方法　选择原发性高脂血症患者140例 (男性 75例 ,女性 6 5例 ,年龄 5 7 1岁± 10 4岁 ) ,每次口服古稀胶囊 3粒 ,每日 3次 ,疗程共 6 0d。于服药前及服药后 30d ,6 0d进行测定血清血脂指标及肝肾功能生化指标。结果　服药后血清TC、TG、LDL C水平明显降低 ,HDL C水平明显升高 ,与服药前相比 ,有显著性差异 ,服药后肝肾功能生化指标较前无明显变化。且患者无不良反应。结论　古稀胶囊能改善高脂血症患者血脂水平 ,且安全有效 ,易于耐受更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Gu xi capsule. Methods One hundred forty patients with essential hyperlipidemia (M75,F65, age 57 1±10 4 yrs), received Gu xi capsule 3 tablets, orally , tid, for sixty days. Total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), LDL C, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C), and ALT, AST, BUN, CRE were measured before and after 30, 60 day treatment.Results Compared with the baseline value, TC, TG and LDL C were decreased and HDL C was increased remarkably ( P <0 01) after 30 days received Gu xi capsule. TC, TG and LDL C were decreased and HDL C was increased further more ( P <0 001) after 60 days received Gu xi capsule. ALT, AST, BUN, CRE were no significantly changes after taking Gu xi capsule. Adverse reactions were not found during treating.Conclusion Gu xi capsule is an effective, safe and well tolerable drug for the treatment of hyperlipidemia.更多还原
