【摘要】 目的　总结实用而有效的常规消融方法。方法　回顾分析了 12例具有多条折返径路的心动过速病例的电生理检查结果 ,总结了其消融操作流程。结果　 12例中 ,同时具有 3条房室旁道者 1例 ,2条房室旁道者 7例 ,1条房室旁道伴房室结多径路者 2例 ,房室结三径路者 2例。共计消融慢径 2条、旁道 19条 (包括左侧旁道 7条、右侧旁道 12条 ,其中显性旁道 10条、隐匿性旁道 9条 )。结论　消融前后详细、标准的心内电生理检查可提高多折返径路心动过速的检出率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To draw the routine and effective method about radiofrequency current catheter ablation. Method Analysed electrophysiology treat of 12 cases tachyarrhythmias with multiple reentrant pathways, we indicated the operation routine of catheter ablation on these cases.Result In 12 cases, there was 1 case with three atrioventricular accessory pathways(AP), there were 7 cases with two AP, there were 2 cases with one AP and multiple atrioventricular nodal pathways at the same time, there were 2 cases with three pathway in atrioventricular node. 2 slow atrioventricular nodal pathways and 19 AP in 12 cases were ablated. It included 10 manifest AP and 9 concealed AP, 7 left AP and 12 right AP.Conclusion It is necessary to perform detail and standard electrophy siological test before and after ablation to find out multiple reentrant pathways.更多还原
