【摘要】 对 12 0 0 - 2 0 18PR载重斜交轮胎的结构进行了优化设计。采取的主要措施是 :改进轮胎外轮廓、胎面花纹和胎圈结构 ;胎体采用 12层 140 0dtex/ 2加密尼龙帘布替代 10层 1870dtex/ 2尼龙帘布 ;缓冲层采用单层宽缓冲层帘布替代两层窄缓冲层帘布 ;提高反包高度 ;加大三角胶 ;增大油皮胶厚度。优化设计后 ,轮胎的各项性能符合国家标准 ,超载能力有明显的改善更多还原

【Abstract】 The design of 12 00-20 18PR bias truck tire structure was optimized.The major measures were as follows:the outer profile of tire,the tread patterns and the bead structure were modified;twelve plies of 1400dtex/2 densified nylon cord were used instead of ten plies of 1870dtex/2 nylon cord in the carcass;the single wide cushion ply was replaced for the two narrow cushion plies;the bead filler was enlarged;and the thickness of insulating compound was increased.The performance criteria of optimized tire met with the requirements specified in the national standards and the overload capacity was significantly improved.更多还原
