【摘要】 利用轮胎转鼓试验台和自行设计的双向红外测温系统 ,对 9 0 0 - 2 0 12PR尼龙载重斜交轮胎进行了表面温度场的测试 ,考察了速度对轮胎表面温度场分布的影响。试验结果表明 ,随着速度的增大 ,轮胎各部位的温升也增大 ,其中胎肩部位温升最高 ,胎侧次之 ,胎冠最低。通过回归建立了轮胎表面最高温升与速度的经验计算公式 :δ=17 95 2 4+ 0 142 85 7v。通过测定试验前轮胎腔内气体温度和试验前、后轮胎腔内气体压力 ,利用气态方程可计算试验后轮胎腔内气体的温度

【Abstract】 The surface temperature field of 9 00-20 12PR nylon tire was determined by a tire wheel test stand and a self designed bidirectional infrared temperature measuring system,and the influence of the rolling speed on the surface temperature of tire was investigated.The test results showed that the temperature rise at the various portions of tire increased in the order of the temperature rise at shoulder >that at sidewall>that at tread as the rolling speed increased.An experience formula of the maximum temperature rise on tire surface vers the speed was established by regression: δ =17 952 4+0 142 857 v .Based on the measurements of the air temperature in tire cavity before test and the tire inflation pressures before and after test,the air temperature in tire cavity after test could be calculated with the gaseous state formula.
