双流道散热器提高冷却能力的分析

【摘要】 通过对现有试验资料的分析及单、双流道冷却装置计算 ,比较了单、双流道冷却装置性能 ,分析了双流道散热器提高冷却能力的机理。认为双流道冷却装置使总的空气温升增大、低温侧对数温差提高。双流道散热器冷却技术的应用依赖于高低温冷却系统散热量、单节内高低温散热面积的比例以及相应冷却水进口水温度的高低。

【Abstract】 The cooling ability between single and dual channel radiators and the mechanism of heat duty increase for dual channel radiator were analyzed on the basis of analyzing existing test data and the cooling ability calculation. It is dual channel radiator that results in higher overall air temperature increase and higher logarithm temperature difference at low temperature side. The application of dual channel radiator technology depends on the proportion of the heat duty of high and low temperature cooling systems, the proportion of high and low temperature cooling area in cooling section, and corresponding cooling water inlet temperatures.
