中华猕猴桃果实成熟过程中膜脂过氧化变化研究
Studies on the Changes of Membrane Lipid Peroxidation on Fruit Ripening in Actinidia chinensis planch
【摘要】 研究中华猕猴桃果实成熟过程中膜脂过氧化的变化 ,结果表明 :MDA含量呈上升趋势 ,SOD、Vc含量呈下降趋势 .SOD、POD酶活性出现二次高峰 ,SOD、POD活性第一次峰出现时 ,果实内MDA含量下降 ;第二次峰出现时MDA含量变化不大 .两品种比较 ,果实内Vc含量高 ,膜脂过氧化水平低时 ,果实成熟慢
【Abstract】 Studies on the changes of membrane lipid peroxidation on fruit ripening in Actinidia chinensis planch,The results showed that the Malondia-Ldehyde(MDA) content was increasing while ascorbic acid(Vc) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreased during fruit ripening.The curves of SOD and peroxidase(POD) had two peaks as kiwifruits were gradually ripening the MDA content in fruit decreased when the first peak of SOD and POD produced ;When curves of SOD and POD activity reached the second peak ,the MDA content had very little changes. Compared the difference between the two kiwicultivars,the fruit-ripening was slow as the Vc contents was high and the membrane lipid peroxidation was low in fruit.
