【摘要】 目的:了解吸毒人群:HIV、.HBV、HCV及梅毒的感染状况。方法:对广州市某戒毒所436名戒毒人员进行HIV、HBV、HCV及梅毒血清学检测。结果:HIV抗体阳性检出22例,检出率为5.0％,HB-sAg阳性检出70例,检出率为16.1％,HCV抗体阳性检出371例,检出率为85.1％,梅毒抗体阳性检出30例,检出率为6.9％。双重感染中.HBV+HCV检出率为13.3％,其次为HCV+梅毒,为5.3％,HIV+HCV为3.4％;三重感染中HIV+HBV+HCV检出率为0.9％,其次为HBV+HCV+梅毒,为0.5％。结论:广州市吸毒者的HIV、HCV和梅毒感染情况日趋严重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the prevalence of HIV, HBV, HCV infections and syphilis in drug users in Guangzhou city. Methods: Serai samples of total 436 drug users from a drug withdrawal center in Guangzhou city were tested for parameters of HIV, HBV, HCV infections and syphilis. Results: Among the 436 drug users, 22 with HIV positive, the positive rate was 5.0%; 70 with HBsAg positive, the rate was 16.1 % ; 371 with HCV antibody positive, the rate was 85.1 % ; 30 with syphilis antibody positive, the rate was 6.9% . The double positive rate of HBV + HCV was 13.3% ; the rate of HCV + syphilis was 5.3% ; the rate of HIV + HCV was 3.4% . The triple positive rate of HIV + HBV + HCV was 0.9 % ; the rate of HBV + HCV + syphilis was 0.5 % . Conclusion: The prevalence of HIV and HCV infections as well as syphilis in drug users in Guangzhou city trended to more severe gradually in recent years.更多还原
