【摘要】 目的：了解广州市女性吸毒人群性行为和三种性传播疾病感染情况。方法：对１６７例女性吸毒者的性行为进行问卷调查和三种性传播疾病（淋病、尖锐湿疣、梅毒）的临床和实验室检查。结果：女性吸毒者主要以未婚的性活跃年龄段（２０岁－２９岁）为主，且９８．１０％未婚吸毒者曾有过性行为；１６７名吸毒女性中，每次性交均使用避孕套的仅有４．７９％；检出性病２４例，检出率为２５．１５％，三种性病依次为梅毒１９．１６％，淋病７．７８％，尖锐湿疣１．２０％，其中有４例混合感染。结论：女性吸毒者性病感染情况严重，是性病传播尤其是梅毒传播的高危人群。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the situation of sexual behaviors and STDs among female drug users. Method: 167 female drug users were involved in the investigation. Laboratory test on three STDs including gonorrhea, syphilis and condyloma acuminatum were performed. Results:The users were between 20 to 29 years of age(62.28%),most of them (62.87%) were single, and almost whole cases (98.10% ) have had previous sexual activity. Only 4.79% of them have used to use condom at sexual activity. Among them 24 were confirmed to be suffered from STDs, and the infection rate was 25.15% . The infection rate for three STDs was as following:syphilis 19.16% , gonorrhea 7.78% and condyloma acuminatum 1,20% . Conclusion: The STDs infection among female drug users were seriously. The female drug users were high risk group for STDs spreading, specially for syphilis.更多还原
