【摘要】 采用疏肝软坚汤剂对大鼠肝纤化的防治作用进行了研究 ,从血清学和形态学方面观察了疏肝软坚汤剂对肝纤维化大鼠的影响 ,旨在探讨其抗肝纤维化的作用机制。结果表明 ,疏肝软坚汤剂可有效地防治大鼠肝纤维化 ,显著降低模型大鼠血清PCⅢ、HA、NAG含量 ,与对照组比较差异显著 ,且大剂量组肝脏形态学改变轻微。提示疏肝软坚汤有防治大鼠肝纤维化作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author carried out experimental study on the action of Shu Gan Ruan Jian Granule(SGRJG in brief) to prevent and cure liver fibrosis in rats and observed the effect of SGRJG on liver fibrosis in rats from the aspects of serologial and morphological index.The purpose of this study is to discuss the action mechanism of SGRJG on liver fibrosis.The results show that SGRJG can prevent and cure liver fibrosis in rats effectively.It can significantly decrease the content of serum PC Ⅲ,HA and NAG in modeled rat compared with the control group.The morphological change of liver of large dose group is slight.We draw the conclusion that SGRJG has the action of preventing and curing liver fibrosis.更多还原
