【摘要】 为探讨补肾健脾方药对去卵巢大鼠骨生物力学性能的影响 ,取 10月龄SD雌性大鼠 4 0只 ,随机分为模型组、正常对照组、阳性对照组、中药组 ,每组 10只 ,正常对照组行假手术 ,其余 4组行完整双侧卵巢摘除术。术后第 3天开始灌胃给药 ,连续用药满 12周后处死 ,分离出L3腰椎体及左侧股骨 ,进行骨生物力学测试。结果显示补肾健脾方药能明显提高和改善去卵巢大鼠椎体及股骨的生物力学性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the effects of kinedy tonifying and spleenic TCM on biological dynamics of bones in OVX rats,40 female rats aged 10 months were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups:group A as the OVX model,group B as the nornal,group C as the E 3 positive,group D as the TCM.The rats of groups A,C and D were applied orchiectomy.The rats of group B were applied sham.The rats were given medicines for 12 weeks since the third day after operation,and then killed to take out L 3 vertebrae and left femora,and then measured those biological dynamics parameters.The result showed kindey tonifying and spleenic TCM can obviously improve OVX rats′ quality of boned boilogical dynamics better.更多还原
