【摘要】 目的 :选择超临界CO2 萃取独活中香豆素类成分的最佳萃取条件。方法 :通过三因素—三水平正交试验法 ,对萃取条件进行了优化选择。结果 :摸索出独活中香豆素的最佳萃取条件为 :压力 2 0MPa ,温度 40℃。结论 :超临界CO2 萃取在中药化学成分的提取上具有传统方法无法比拟的优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the condition of supercritical fluid extraction(SFE)for the extraction of coumarin in Angelica pubescens.f.biserrata.Methods:Three factor and three level orthogonal test was used to optimize the SFE conditions.Results:The best extraction conditions were established as followings:pressure,20 MPa;temperature,40℃.Conclusion:The SFE method demonstrated many advantages,such as in low temperature,no remains of organic solvents and short extraction time,etc.更多还原
