【摘要】 综述了近 10年中医对血管性痴呆的研究进展 ,主要是在病因病机的理论探讨、临床研究重在辨证和专方专药的研究、以及通过动物实验验证疗效并阐明疗愈机理几个层次取得了重大进展 ,最后提出今后应按循证医学的要求进行中医对血管性痴呆的研究 ,使结论科学性更强。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article recapitulated TCM research progress of vascular dementia in nearly ten years.It mainly discussed that theory exploration about cause of disease and pathogensis,differential diagnosis and special prescription and medicinal herb about clinical research,verified curative effect and interpreted recovery mechanism by animal experiment make great progress.At the end of article,author suggested that TCM research of vascular dementia make more scientific conclusion following EBM evidence-based medicine principle in future.更多还原
