【Abstract】 From angles of causes and pathogenetic mechanism,the progress of researching Alzheimer′s dementia(AD) in recent 10 years was summarized.The causes were induced into inherent cause,inflammation,immunization,aluminium poisoning and tau protein.And the relations between AD and pathogenetic mechanism were expounded from angles of senile patch(SP) and neurofibric twist(NFT),cholinergic system,nerve growth factor(NGF),and other transmitter systems.更多还原
