【摘要】 探讨复方芦荟对S180 荷瘤小鼠的抑制作用及免疫学改变。将小鼠分为 3组 ,即复方芦荟组、环磷酰胺组、生理盐水组。把S180 瘤细胞接种于小鼠左前肢腋窝皮下 ,3天后 ,灌胃复方芦荟液 ,观察荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率及免疫功能的改变。结果 ,复方芦荟抑瘤率为 6 9%。免疫功能测定 ,复方芦荟组T淋巴细胞增殖反应为 0 87± 0 0 5 ,NK细胞活性为 (73 18± 5 5 8) % ;环磷酰胺组分别为 0 5 8± 0 0 6 ,44 8% ;生理盐水组分别为 0 72± 0 0 5 ,(5 0 0 3± 6 12 ) % ,各组与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。复方芦荟具有抑制恶性肿瘤的作用 ,并能提高机体免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To go further into aloe compounds inhibitory effect on S 180 mouse carring tumor as well as the immunological change. Method: Devise the mice into 3 groups,that is aloe compound group,cyclochosphamide group and physiological saline group.Inoculate S 180 tumor cell subcutaneously at the left forelimb pit.3 days later,pour aloe compound fluid into the stomachs and observe the tumor inhibiting rate and change of immunological function of mice carring tumor. Result: The tumor inhibiting rate of aloe compound is 69 percent.Detection of immunological function indicates that in aloe compound group,T lymphocyte proliferation reaction is 0 87±0 05 and activity of NK is 73 18±5 58 percent while in cyclochosphamide group and in physiological saline group,the value are 0 58±0 06,44 8 percent and 0 70±0 05,(50 03±6 12) percent,respectively.There is obvious difference between physiological group and the other groups( P <0 01). Conclusion: Aloe compound has the effect of inhibiting malignant tumor and it can improve the immunological function.更多还原
