【摘要】 分析中西医结合疗法治疗 AS86例的临床疗效。 86例均采用内服强肾治痹汤 ,外洗自拟舒筋活络散和肌注蛇毒注射液及理疗、按摩、运动等疗法。结果 :显著好转 45例 (5 3.33% ) ,好转 36例 (4 1.86 % ) ,无效 5例(5 .81% ) ,总有效率为 94.19%。说明 AS早期、中期的病变有相当部分是可以避免的 ,甚至是可逆的 ,本病关键在于早期诊断 ,及时治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 To analyze the clinical effect of combined use of TCM and WM therapy for treating 86 cases of ankylosing spodylitis.The case AS use to be taken orally zini qiangshen zhibi decoction;to external use zini promote smooth circulation of blood and vital energy to relax muscles and tendons powder,to inject snake venom injection,to physiotherapy,to massage,to motion therapy,etc.Results:Treatment of 45 cases were notable improvement (53.33%),36 cases were improvement( 41.86% ),and 5 cases were of no avail,so total efficiency rate was 94.19%.The pathological changes of early stage and middle stage of greater part of AS could be refrained,even it was reversible reaction.The key to the question was diagnosis of early stage and therapy in time.更多还原
