【摘要】 以滋阴泻火方治疗性发育提前女童 6 0例 ,其中乳核 Tanner 期以上 2 0例随访满 6月 ,结果 ,治疗后第二性征明显消退 ,乳核 Tanner分期降低 (P<0 .0 1) ;B超检查 :子宫、卵巢容积未增加 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;Tanner骨龄与年龄比较 (△ BA/△ CA =1.0 2 ) ,表明治疗后骨龄相对于年龄未再提前 ,成年预测身高有增加趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 girls with early puberty were treated with ZiYinXieHuo recipe,20 cases of them in the phase of breast Tanner Ⅱ were further consulted for over 6 months.The results showed that after treating with ZiYinXieHuo recipe,the second sex characters of the patients subsided and the Tanner phase of the breast descended.The volume of the uterus and ovary with ultrasonic inspection did not increased( P >0.05).The Tanner bone age did not accelerate in comparison with the chronological age (△BA/△CA=1.02) for the patients,and the adult expected height of them seemed to have the tendency of increasing.更多还原
