【摘要】 采用旋膜管式汽提塔净化氯苯车间排放的污水的新工艺 ,使液体污水沿旋膜管内壁旋转 ,形成液膜很薄 ,湍流程度大 ,表面更新速度快 ,能有效地降低液膜传质阻力 ,将极大地降低能耗。实验研究旋膜管结构尺寸、污水处理量、水蒸汽消耗量、操作温度等因素对氯苯污水净化率的影响 ,确定最佳工艺条件 ,以减少汽提过程中的液相传质阻力 ,降低水蒸汽消耗量

【Abstract】 A new process for chlorobenzene sewage purification by steam-strip in a tube with rotating film flow was proposed. Because the thinner film was formed and rotated down along the tube, the rate of chlorabenzene transfer from the liquid to the steam phase was enhanced , and the effectiveness of steam-strip was increased . Based on the experiments of continuous steam-strip chlorobenzen sewage, the effect of the structure size of the tube, feed flow rate, ratio of steam to feed, and temperature on the effectiveness of the steam-strip were researched, and the feasible operating conditions were suggested.
