【摘要】 C5馏分油主要来源于石油烃高温裂解制乙烯过程的副产品 ,随着乙烯工业的发展 ,乙烯废弃的C5馏分量逐年增大。另一方面 ,民用燃料需要量颇为可观。由此 ,对C5馏分油用作民用燃料进行研究。采用乙烯废弃的C5馏分油作原料 ,对C5馏分油作燃料燃烧的各种影响因素进行考察 ,通入不同空气量 ,加入助燃添加剂 ,改造炉具等方法 ,提高C5馏分油的燃烧性能。并且 ,由大量实验得出燃料燃烧的最佳使用条件 ,当空气量为 1 84 .93l h,添加剂量质量分数为 0 .1 % ,炉具孔径为 2 .0mm时 ,C5馏分油燃烧的火焰状况、烧水时间、水升温速率等指标都与液化气燃烧情况相接近 ,证明C5馏分油作为民用燃料使用是可行的 ,这样既对废弃的原料得以合理利用 ,又可以解决民用燃料短缺问题更多还原

【Abstract】 C 5 distillate of ethylene accessory substances was used as raw material. Some measures were put forward to improve combustibility of C 5 distillate, such as prenixing air, adding combustion-supporting additive and transforming the furnace. The measure indexs of C 5 distillate combustion, such as state of the flame, time of boiling the water, rate of raising the water temperature etc. were gained under the air quantity 184.93 l/h, the additive quantity 0.1wt%, the nozzle pore diameter 2.0mm through expriment. The laboratory test results showed that C 5 distillate oil used as domestic fuel is feasible.更多还原
