【摘要】 碱法造纸黑液与苯酚、碱混合后 ,再加入甲醛溶液缩合、缩聚可制得聚合物。本文根据实验结果 ,探讨生产过程中 ,黑液中固形物量、苯酚、甲醛的用量对聚合物粘接性能的影响 ,确定了木材用粘合剂的较佳合成方法和工艺条件。实验结果表明 ,聚合物的粘接强度可达到 2 .5MPa以上 ,且低温稳定性较好更多还原

【Abstract】 Mixing alkaline pulp waste liquid, phennol and alkal together, then adding methannal. Ploycondensational is produced by condenstation and polycondenstation based on experiment result, and the effects of soluble solids content in alkaline pulp waste liquid, phennol concentration, and methanal concerntration on ploycondensational adhesion function during production processes are studied, and better production methods and technological conditions are selected. The experiment results indicate that the adhesion strength of the ploycondensational reaches more than 2.5MPa, and that the polycondensational is better stability of low temperature.更多还原
