【Abstract】 Higher vocational and technical education in Germany consists of colleges of Technology (Vocation) and colleges for professional training. This paper deals with the training objectives of the two kinds of the Colleges, the qualifications to start school and the main characteristics of training models. The Colleges of this two kinds all train the senior applied technicians and management personnel for economical field. These training models all attach importance on the close combination of theory with practice, on the guidance of enterprise demands in choosing content of courses and practical teaching and on the training of the comprehensive professional ability of students.更多还原
