非离子表面活性剂下催化光度法测定亚硝酸根

【摘要】 基于存在增敏剂吐温-80,亚硝酸根催化过氧化氢氧化中性红的反应,建立了测定痕量亚硝酸根的新催化动力学光度法。在吐温-80存在下,灵敏度提高了 2.2倍,测定痕量NO2-的线性范围2~10μg/L,检出限为2.7×10-10g/mL。已用于测定水样中NO2-的含量。

【Abstract】 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace NO2- has been developed. The method is based on the oxidation of neutral red by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of Tween-80 as sensitizer. Because of the addition of Tween-80, the sensitivity raised 2.2 times. The linear ranges of determination are 2~12μg/L, and the detection limit of this method is 2.7×10-10g/mL. The method was applied to the determination of trace NO2- in food samples and water samples.
