The testing processes of a rosin size used for papermaking are introduced in detail. The perfect and stabilized rosin size is obtained by means of the renewed design of emulsifying devices that improve the emulsifying mechanism, and some remindful problems on manufacturing are pointed out. The present key problem on bad dispersivity and stabilization of rosin size is solved aptly.
