【Abstract】 The young stems of Aoln nobili were used as explant material and cultured on the inducing media. The results showed that a number of adventitious shoots grew on the surface of explant after 4 weeks of inoculation. Many adventitious shoots were acquired through proliferating culture. After they have grown on nutritious media for 2 weeks, they were transferred on the root inducing media. Every shoots grew a number of roots and developed into a whole plantlet. The regenerated plantlets were replanted in sand, about 90 percent of the plantlets survived.更多还原
