采用Pd/树脂催化剂的轻汽油临氢醚化反应研究

【摘要】 研究了催化裂化轻汽油临氢醚化工艺, 以降低催化裂化汽油的烯烃含量并提高辛烷值 。制备了Pd负载D005阳离子交换树脂催化剂,该催化剂具有同时催化二烯烃选择性加氢和叔 碳烯烃与甲醇醚化的功能。考察了贵金属负载量和反应条件对醚收率的影响,在反应温度34 3K、压力1.5Mpa、n(甲醇) /n (叔碳烯烃)比=1.1、n(氢) /n(二烯)比=2、液时空速3/h的 条件下,醚收率达55.32%。2016h的寿命试验表明,该催化剂活性稳定,可以长周期使用。

【Abstract】 The hydroetherification process of catalytic cracking light gasoline i s investigated for increasing octane number and decreasing the content of olefin s of catalytic cracking gasoline. Pd supported D005 strange acidic ion exchange resin catalyst was prepared, which catalyze selective hydrogenation of diolefins and etherification of tertiary carbonic olefins with methanol in the same time. The effects of Pd content and reduction conditions on the yield of ethers were investigated. Under the conditions such as reaction temperature is 343K, pressur e is 1.5Mpa, molar ratio of methanol with tertiary carbonic olefins is1.1, molar ratio of hydrogen with diolefins is 2.0 and the space hourly velocity is 3.0/h , the yield of ethers is up to 55.32%。The lifetime test for 2016h shows that t he activity of Pd/D005 strange acidic ion exchange resin catalyst is very stable , and the catalyst can be used over a long period of time.
