金属铍材室温平面应变断裂韧性测试方法
THE TEST METHOD FOR FRACTURE TOUGHNESS OF METALLIC BERYLLIUM AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
【摘要】 介绍了金属铍材的室温断裂韧性测试方法 ,并对不同方法进行了讨论。认为采用载荷比( Pmin/Pmax)为 - 3的拉 -压疲劳循环加载方式 ,可以制备出脆性金属铍材 KIC测试所需要的疲劳裂纹。所测试的铍材室温断裂韧性 KIC均值为 9.91 MPa· m1/2 ,标准偏差为 0 .73MPa· m1/2 ,符合国家标准要求
【Abstract】 This paper introduced the test method for plane strain fracture toughness of powder metallurgy HIP moulding metallic beryllium at room temperature It was concluded that for K IC testing of brittle beryllium, fatigue precrack could be prepared by tension compression cyclic load with a load ratio P min / P max of -3 The average K IC value of tested beryllium at room temperature was 9 91MPa·m 1/2 , standard deviation was 0 73MPa·m 1/2
