对接焊法兰盘断裂分析
FRACTURE ANALYSIS OF THE BUTT-WELDING FLANGE
【摘要】 用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪分析了 1 Cr1 8Ni9Ti对接焊法兰盘断裂原因。结果表明 ,法兰盘首先产生应力腐蚀 ,加之材料中碳含量偏高、钛含量低且偏聚 ,焊接热影响区 Cr2 3C6沿晶析出 ,使工件又产生晶间腐蚀 ,降低了力学性能 ,导致产品在打压试验中断裂。
【Abstract】 Fractured 1Cr18Ni9Ti butt welding flange was analysed by OM, SEM and EDX. The results showed that flange fracture was caused by environmental stress corrosion and intergranular corrosion of Cr 23 C 6 precipitates in HAZ because of high carbon and low titanium contents.
