【Abstract】 By the use of benzo 15 crown 5 as electric active material, and dioctyl phthalate as plasticizer, a PVC membrane drug ion sensitive field effect transistor chemical sensor is prepared. The linear response of this chemical sensor to chlorphenamine maleate is 0.5～3.0×10 -6 mol·L -1 . Moreover the sensor has the special features of better selectivity reproducibility and stability. This chemical sensor has been used for the determination of chlorphenamine maleate. The results obtained by this sensor are in consistency with those by pharmacopeia method.更多还原
