扑尔敏ISFET化学传感器的研制与应用
PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF THE CHLORPHENAMINE MALEATE ISFET CHEMICAL SENSOR
【摘要】 以苯并 15 冠 5作为电活性物质 ,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯作增塑剂 ,制成了PVC膜药物敏感场效应晶体管化学传感器 ,该传感器对扑尔敏的线性响应范围为 0 .5~ 3.0× 10 - 6mol·L- 1,具有较好的选择性、稳定性和重现性。用该传感器对扑尔敏进行测定 ,分析结果与标准方法相同
【Abstract】 By the use of benzo 15 crown 5 as electric active material, and dioctyl phthalate as plasticizer, a PVC membrane drug ion sensitive field effect transistor chemical sensor is prepared. The linear response of this chemical sensor to chlorphenamine maleate is 0.5~3.0×10 -6 mol·L -1 . Moreover the sensor has the special features of better selectivity reproducibility and stability. This chemical sensor has been used for the determination of chlorphenamine maleate. The results obtained by this sensor are in consistency with those by pharmacopeia method.
