Ti-甘露醇-PV-CTMAB四元体系光度法的研究与应用
STUDY ON THE PHOTOMETRY OF THE REACTION SYSTEM OF Ti(Ⅳ)-MANNITOL-PV-CTMAB
【摘要】 研究了以甘露醇作第二配位体 ,Ti(Ⅳ )和邻苯二酚紫 (PV)的显色条件。在pH 3的缓冲介质中 ,Ti(Ⅳ )与甘露醇、PV、CTMAB形成 1∶1∶2∶2的绿色配合物 ,最大吸收波长为 730nm ,钛在 0~2 0 μg/50ml范围内符合比耳定律 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数为 7.2× 10 4 L·cm- 1·mol- 1。用DTPA Ni掩蔽Fe(Ⅲ )等共存离子 ,方法应用于铬镍钢中微量钛的测定
【Abstract】 It is reported that in a chloroacetate buffer of pH 3, a multiligand complex is formed among the components Ti(Ⅳ)、 mannitol, pyrocatechol violet and CTMAB in a mole ratio of Ti(Ⅳ)∶Mannitol∶PV∶ CTMAB =1∶1∶2∶2, in which mannitol acts as the second ligand. The absorption maxima of this complex lies at 730nm with a molar absorptivity of 7.2×10 4L·cm -1 ·mol -1 . Beer′s law holds in the concentration range of 0~20μg of Ti(Ⅳ) in 50ml of solution. By using DTPA Ni as masking agent, the proposed method has been applied to the determination of titanium in chromium nickel steels.
