新显色剂对溴苯酚偶氮若丹宁光度法测定钯的研究与应用
STUDY ON THE COLOUR REACTION OF Pd(Ⅱ) WITH A NEW REAGENT p -BPAR AND ITS APPLICATION
【摘要】 研究了显色剂对溴苯酚偶氮若丹宁光度法测定钯的方法。在磷酸 ( 1 + 1 )介质及有表面活性剂 Triton X- 1 0 0存在下 ,钯与试剂形成 1∶ 2的橙红色络合物。该络合物于波长 51 0 nm处有最大吸收 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 4.0× 1 0 4 L· mol-1· cm-1。钯在 0~ 50μg/2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律。该法灵敏度高 ,选择性好 ,在测试条件下多种离子不影响测定。用于钯 -碳催化剂中钯的测定 ,结果满意
【Abstract】 A photometric method for the determination of palladium with p -BPAR is proposed. In a H 3PO 4 (1+1) medium and in the presence of Triton X-100, Pd(Ⅱ) reacts with p -BPAR to form an orange-red complex, which has an absorption maxima at 510nm, with a molar absorptivity of 4.0×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~50μg of Pd(Ⅱ) per 25ml of solution. The method presented is sensitive and selective, and it has been applied to determine palladium in Pd-C catalysts with satisfactory results.
